Attention terms

1. Follow works must be done before the battery without electrolyte use

  A. open charging cap, pour electrolyte which d=1.285g/cm2 into battery and soak for 3 hrs

  B. Charging 20hrs at 10A and a lot of bubbles should be occurred once charging completed and the electrolyte  

      specific gravity should be changed to 1.295 – 1.30 g/ cm2.

 C. After charging completed, to discharge the battery for 5 to 5.5 Hrs at 20A currents.  

2.Check up on the electrolyte level during the battery using

3.the electrolyte should be 15mm higher than battery lead plate

4.Measure the electrolyte specific gravity regularly to ensure it between 1.295g/cm2 and 1.30g/cm2.

5.The water added in battery must be distilled water, you otherwise to use undefiled rain water and snow water but tap water or mineral water are prohibited.

6.Keep the battery surfaces clean whatever it be use, transport or in store, battery terminals and charging cap specially.
